Very rarely do budgets include marketting, since you don't know how much it'll cost in the end, and we certainly wouldn't know that so soon after the movie's release. Usually we never find out for Hollywood movies, as they always ignore marketting costs to try and make any profit made far more impressive.

So no, PR is not into all profit yet.
