Otherwise, Mega Bloks. Yes, they make shitty kiddy sets with lameass minifigs, but you said collectible toys, so I'd want sets/minifigures of Halo/COD/Destiny/AssCreed/TMNT's quality and minifig design.

Seconded, seriously the Halo figures put out by Mega Bloks are some of the best halo figures out there.
Also, I don't know if it would really count as "collectible", but I'd love for Dark Horse's coloring book division to publish some books for Power Rangers. Their books are really high quality.
