I'd be more worried, if it weren't for the fact that we're on episode 9 in April, and the Orion powerup doesn't come until September, a good 5 or 6 months until then. And I agree, we haven't gotten more focus on the other characters. The best ones we've gotten were about Naga, Balance, Raptor, and Xiao. And honestly I feel like in those episodes Lucky is better handled in them than in the others.

Plus, according to JEFusion (not sure HOW reliable this is, so holding with a grain of salt), the Orion powerup works with the other Kyurangers, it's just Lucky is the one showing it off. The helmet's gonna be the toughest part to explain.
