I guess... sort of? The only times we've seen Parad actually physically possess Emu in the series are these last couple episodes, episode 19, and the flashbacks of Genius Gamer M (and maybe in episode 10 too?) Those other times Emu "became" M, it was just Parad's virus inside of him being stimulated by the Gashat; influencing his personality and bringing it closer to Parad's. The same way Emu's strong feelings can also influence Parad's personality.
