This was a question I asked myself when I had to rank my favorite KR seasons. For what it's worth both are very polarizing and when you compare the good and bad points they had, to me, it seemed close.

Decade had a pretty bad filler arc post-World of DiEnd, but Wizard's first 1/3 were just boring.

I gave Wizard points for the better Primary and Secondary Riders, but Decade had a better supporting cast if we count Yusuke as supporting.

Opening themes? Pfft, they're both neck and neck if you ask me.
Same for insert songs. For Decade there's Ride the Wind and Treasure Sniper, and for Wizard my two favorites were Blessed Wind and Beastbite.

When comparing two of their crossover movies, Cho Den-O & Decade and Sengoku Movie Taisen, they were equally good I think so they cancel each other out. But comparing the other crossovers they had, Movie Taisen Ultimatum and Movie Taisen 2010, I think 2010 takes the cake.

Wizard had Kosuke's badass fight against Wiseman toward the end but if we count Den-O Episode Yellow, Wizard still gets the slight edge there.

Both had flawed finales. Decade with that BS cliffhanger that basically said "Go see the movie for the conclusion.
But Wizard dropped the ball with the final arc when the final villain ended up being Gremlin instead of Wiseman. Not to mention Koyomi's death meant little to me since she barely had any screen time throughout the season so the impact of her death was limited to our sympathy to Haruto and how much she meant to him. Plus they had Ep 52 and 53. Just... ugh.

I dunno. It goes back and forth for me depending on what day you ask me. For now I give the slight edge to Decade simply because I like Movie Taisen 2010 so much. Plus I gave it points for trying something different with the anniversary concept, even if it didn't always succeed when it did.
