Yeah that's how i've come to view as well. As if the Saiyans became so complacent in their base power that they didn't need it anymore and it eventually became forgotten.

The whole "focus your energy into a spot in your back" the U6 Saiyans are doing is kinda dumb though. But I love Caulifla and Kale so whatever
