Those are called Upgrade Forms. In case anybody cares, here are the names of the various forms in Kamen Rider.

Base Form: Things like Kuuga's Growing form and the state in between arms changes for Gaim Riders. Fourze's Base States is also one of these.

Main Forms: The category a Rider's primary form usually falls under. This category includes things like Wizard's four normal Styles or most of OOO's combos. This is the category that they really don't care about anymore and is just there to sell a toy for a couple of episodes before being forgotten about in favor of...

Upgrade Forms: Such as Ghost's Toucan Boost or Ex-Aid's Double Action Gamer.

Super Forms: The ones we're talking about now.

Final Forms: You all know what these are.

There are more, such as Extra Final Forms of Hyper Battle Forms, but these are the most important ones.
