[Fish Sandwich]

I like this frame. It's hard to look chill while in a pile of garbage but Balance manages to pull it off.

Anyway, this was another distinctly average episode of Kyuranger, which is good for me, because I like Kyuranger a lot! But this one certainly won't be turning any heads like last week. There are a couple interesting things about it though. Namely that for only the second time we have a different writer than usual, which I'm pretty sure, for Sentai, is a really low number out of 17 total episodes so far. But Naruhisa Arakawa has been around the block when it comes to this franchise, so as long as he isn't coming up with weird plots about tomatoes, you'd hardly notice anything's up.

Gotta love how the plot here is basically "Lucky gets beat up a bunch, and then gets a power up that isn't actually for him", though. And I don't even just mean that as a joke. It actually is kind of impressive that they took an episode that could've easily been Lucky-centric and made it about other people.
