Lord Drakkon seems like it could end up being a pretty cool figure. At $40 each they are pretty frighteningly expensive, if it's really just the figure and a Dragon Dagger.

And curiously, I feel like there might be some people who would be interested in getting the figure (or other goodies from PMC), but either can't attend or don't want to sign up for the non-attendee deal, so would there be anywhere here to organize some assistance for our members here? With regards to the figure, I can't see what someone would do with upwards of 10 Drakkon other than scalp them, so why not turn it into something helpful like helping the community here. Just a thought.
