I have to say, kinda sounds too good to be true, there's no way they'd have enough money to get back all those actors and make a new legend rider suit for everyone. That said, those may just be the actors they're looking at, and they aren't aiming to get all of them, just some. I also suspect riders that already had legend rider forms with likely reuse them, aside from Ex-Aid who will likely use the Build Gashat.


In fact, that sounds fun, here's my picks for legend rider forms on the off chance that's true:
1. Kuuga Agito Form
2. Agito Kuuga Form (these two just...go together, really)
3. Ryuki Amazon Omega Form
4. Faiz Fourze Form
5. Blade Kabuto Form
6. Hibiki Violin Form (based off Kiva, if that wasn't clear)
7. Kabuto Blade Form
8. Den-O GanGun Saber Form (I always thought it would be cool to see the
Ghost-based Imagin from that stage show give Den-O a Ghost form.
Obviously that guy is far from canon, but maybe the Ore Eyecon could just
possess him instead.)

10. Decade Kamen Ride: Double
11. Double CycloneFaiz
12. OOO TaMaShii Combo
13. Fourze Decade States (this was more or less his original concept anyway)
