We don't know and we won't know until the show actually airs. We never do. Over-Time only decides after a show has started airing, and the same will be true of any other group.

That would be RTA, and it's unlikely, or at the least we have no way of knowing. They only did Ex-Aid because they found it interesting and there was a demand for faster subs, and intended to only keep subbing it as long as they still felt that way/were in the mood. If Build doesn't catch their interest in the same way (or if there's no real need, if a faster group than Excite picks it up) they won't have any reason to.
