The dates are for the cinema screenings, they'll be released on home media after, and considering that there's only one pack-in Gashat I wouldn't be surprised if they release the three V-Cinemas as one big package (Another Ending) on DVD and Blu-ray.

I don't feel like she had relationship plans with any character considering she's a Bugsters so the poster would've looked wrong to me no matter who they paired her up with, but with Parad, it's especially dumb. But hey, it's a poster, the movie will be much better hopefully. At least we get some more Kamen Rider Poppy action after the show kinda forgot it was a thing.
