Ha! No. In the flashback, she locks herself in the chamber as Sento places the Fullbottle with the hedgehog essence in the machine. It is suggested that Misora needs to stay in there until the procedure is finished, as we see her totally exhausted after. And we can see Sento as he places the Fullbottle and the chamber with Misora inside closing at the same time - but there are no drawings on his face!

The only logical explanation is that Night Rouge closely follows Sento (like we see at the end of the episode) and messes with him just because he hates him.

Absolutely 100% the truth right here, Night Rouge may look like a badass but he's a prankster who frequently visits Sento's workshop to mess with him, confirmed.
