To point out a few names I noticed for corrections sake
Zeronos is simply zero + chronos which makes sense if you know Yuuto's story
Nadeshiko derives most likely from Yamato Nadeshiko a term that is used to describe someone as the ideal Japanese Woman
Ryugen means dragon's breath

As for Fuma I would like to add that it is also a nod to Kotaro Fuma a well-known ninja from the feudal era.
