[Matrixbeast]

Long, from Gekiranger, for basically being my favorite puppet master type character ever.
Like, seriously. While he doesn't have as much invested towards Ken, Ran, and Retsu, his actions are basically the entire series.

A bit of an odd one, but the Peacock Undead, from Blade. Being the primary antagonist for the first arc, it was done really well, and he was surprisingly memorable, especially for helping establish Tachibana as a character.

Dr. Maki, from OOO, because goddamn. Working all 3 sides right down the middle, without hiding his alliances. His backstory concerning the doll, his sister, and his nihilism is really nice and makes him a super interesting villain.
