I 100% agree. I love form changes for Riders, but I would gladly take a few less forms for more monster costumes every time. Especially when they're such useless and disused forms like Ex-Aid Juju Burger form (which, for the record, 'I' liked, but it might as well have not existed outside of its little arc).

Not every series NEEDS a ton of monsters; Gaim was all about a Rider war spurred on by Helheim, and it worked out just fine (opinion, obviously, but I feel the smaller amount of designs made them more uniform/believable as a species ecosystem). But I think that's just a larger annoyance for me personally with KR in general. I enjoy the series but having every new series be more focused on Rider v Rider gets stale real fast. The same complaint could be levelled all the way back to Agito, frankly, though not as much as some recent entries.
