Probably cause they want people to stay guessing for the next few weeks. I mean with how Gentoku got basically banished out of Touto and how Seito is mysteriously absent from this war, there's a good chance Gentoku's somewhere in Seito developing his own Sclash Driver and will come back in a few weeks with the new Kaisers.
