We absolutely need Sharivan. It feels incomplete having two of them on the same movie without the third man (plus he has always been my favorite of the three).

For one thing the Dekaranger cast is probably publicly close-knit with each other next to Hurricanger's cast so I think it is possible. And yes, I hope Sharivan makes an appearance. It is just early production shots so maybe there is a chance he will pop in the later part of the story. If not at least a cameo.
