Maybe the Big Bad becomes the abomination that is Black Cross King/Colossus we saw in the 199 hero movie, and the finale has all the past mecha. All it would need to work is a way to fit Varibloom into the story and new footage that shows only post-Zyu mecha (not too hard considering all the mecha that were actually suited in the fight were GoGo V and newer).

The reason I think this scene might work is because Gosei Great and Gokaioh play the biggest parts in this fight, and that they don't have recorded footage for any pre-Zyu mecha (it was just spliced in from older footage).
