Starting this April 1st, Bandai's high-end products, particularly model kits and figures, as well as Banpresto's convenience store products are all under the Bandai Spirits brand. Bandai Spirits also will sport the same logo design as the original Bandai logo but only blue.
This is part of Bandai Namco Group's 3-year plan starting April 2018 under the motto CHANGE for the NEXT 挑戦・成長・進化 (Challenge, Growth, Evolution)

The timeline goes like this:
February 9th: Restructuring was announced
February 15th: Bandai Spirits established
March 28th: Business restructuring plan approved
April 1st: High-end products officially transferred to Bandai Spirits

Gunpla(Gundam Plastic Model Kits)
TAMASHII NATIONS
- S.H. Figuarts
- Chogokin Series
- ROBOT Tamashii

Banpresto Ichiban Kuji (notable lineup such as WCF collectible figures)
