I just noticed the bottle motifs on the helmet are a 90 degree rotation of the Build's helmet motifs.

Build has the Organic bottle represented on his left eye and the Inorganic bottle represented on his right eye. Mad Rouge has a Bat design on his forehead and Engine blocks as his mouth plate.

As for the rest of his design. I'm mainly surprised by the all the white they added in, it doesn't look too bad in contrast to the black and the violet. But didn't the Mad Rouge images from the Q3 scans show his shoulder pipes were silver?
