And the glasses gesture is not the only piece of evidence (though I'll note Utsumi has done so with both hands, if not in suit). The scans keep his identity secret, but let know that he's somebody smart. They also have a couple of lines from him and these are the real giveaway: Mad Rogue uses "watashi" (as Utsumi does), not "ore" (as does Gentoku). None of it is anything like solid proof, but altogether it's very suggestive.

You're probably right. Although it stills confuses me that Bandai would want to market two separate Rider with such similar names. Also, it kind of confuses me that Utsumi would want the Earth destroyed as well, given that he works for/ brainwashed by Nanba, who've stated that they want to take over the world, not destroy it. Guess we'll see eventually.
