I was going to make a this topic until I found this one. My top 10 favorite non Japanese animated shows would be.

1. Spawn: HBO animated series (Not just because I'm a fan of the comics. It's a great show in general)
2. Space Ghost Coast to Coast
3. Megas XLR
4. The Simpsons from 1989 - 1998.
5. Beavis and Butt-Head
6. The Maxx
7. South Park
8. Liquid Television
9. The Boondocks
10. Batman: TAS

Animaniacs (Almost made it on the Top 10)
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Black Dynamite
Castlevania
Futurama (Before the newer episodes)
Invader Zim
King of the Hill

Rick & Morty
The original Ren & Stimpy
Rocko's Modern Life
Samurai Jack (Almost made it on the Top 10 list)

A lot of people here like the 90's Marvel cartoons, but I found them to age like milk in my opinion. I can't enjoy them anymore even with nostalgia mode at the max.
