I see your point, but I still feel Evolt is just as entertaining as when he was Blood Stalk/"Soichi" just in a different capacity kinda like when Brajira became the focal villain of Goseiger.

edit: I probably should mention the reason why I still find Evolt/Stalk entertaining and that mostly comes down to his generally laid-back attitude and how quick he's able rework his plans when something goes wrong.
