Here are the rough translations of the spposed form names above and what they are referring to:

Ichigou x Kuuga: The Activation Form(Japan tends to pronounce THE as ZA, Sa- seems like just mere bad translation). This name makes sense cause this probably is the default form and consists of the first riders who kickstarted their respective eras.
Build x Decade: Create Destroy Form. A good contrast of Build who builds, and Decade who destroys.
Ex-Aid x Faiz: Latest Technology Form. It reflects how they are riders using hi-tech gear to fight evil.
Ghost x Kiva: Enigma Form. Probably named like this to reflect the esoteric nature of their motifs, a ghost and a vampire respectively.
Drive x Kabuto: High Speed Form. Them suckers are fast.
Gaim x Blade: "Noble-like" Form. Makes sense if you consider their final forms. One is a samurai warlord and the other a king.
Wizard x Ryuki: Flame Form. They do have a fire element aspect so makes sense I guess. Surprised they did not go with something like Double Dragon since both are dragon motif riders as well.
Fourze x Hibiki: Teacher Form. Both riders are teachers. Hibiki throughout the show, Fourze after the show.
OOO x Den-O: Geared Motor Unit Form. Maybe how the O medals are aligned like gears + train mechanics reference.
W x Agito: Shining Memory Form. Reference to Agito's light aspect and W's gaia memories.
Ne-O Amazons X Omega: Kill Form. Given their primal aspect makes sense.


And if this rumor is correct the gimmick items for the season will be chess pieces.

The Ippan in Ippan Driver means general or generic just so people do not confuse it with the military rank.
