Ohranger had the obvious theme shift, which is where some of the disdain comes from. Given the circumstances, I don't nitpick on that one too much, though I have heard that some in Japan were critical of the light-hearted approach Ohranger took with serious issues given those aforementioned circumstances.

Goseiger: Enjoyable in its own right, but I can kinda see why people don't care much.

Go-Busters: Different from previous Sentai, but I actually liked it.

ToQger: Same as Go-Busters.

Ninninger: It looked good, and might have some promise, but didn't gain any real traction until the end.

Zyuohger: Same as Go-Busters and ToQger; Mecha might take a little getting used to. The villain designs might actually be more interesting than the Mecha.
