The same can be said about ExAid. Gemn became a meme like Gentoku. The thing with Genm was that there was a slow build up to it. First he seems like a perfectly (if a little bit sketchy) business man. Then there's the little slasher smiles he gives that implies that he's not fully sane up there. Then the more he uses Dangerous Zombie and the more his plans start to come to fruition, the more his guise of sanity starts to crack until he goes into full-on cackling villain status. Then he dies, comes back as a Bugster, and that's when he goes all out Meme Lord.

Gentoku went from the group's edgelord to Fashion Show model in like 2 episodes. I'm not mad at it, but Kuroto had way more buildup to his meme status in the latter half.
