Given everything we've seen about ZI-O points to him being themed around time and clockworks, I could see something like watches or bells or something of the sort. How badass would it be to have a fob watch with Ichigo or Gaim on it?

If you're asking me in terms of pure wants though, I have to agree with the idea of fossils. A dinosaur rider seems overdue - individual forms like PuToTyra and Fangjoker notwithstanding - and that seems like it would make for a great toyline. Not entirely sure how they'd make fossils toyetic, but as said above they've literally made gimmicks out of USBs and Padlocks. They could come up with something.
