Though to be fair, I think they have an overall plan for the finale that they're trying to build to, and we should expect a few more twists and then a really big finale.

As we've seen with the movie trailer and how it's allegedly in continuity to the series as after it, there is likely some big turns and dramatic character upheavals coming from the newer stuff.

Though I do kind of have to agree about Grease. Kind of wished he would get one more form. A greased lightning form could be fun. But this does happen with riders pretty often with the side riders. Even Blade, Kabuto, and other series had side riders that never got any kind of upgrades. Side riders getting several upgrades is a relatively new thing since about Kiva, and even then it's a moderately rare thing.
