Getting some major Pidge vibes off of that Vinyl figure. Makes me wonder if they may play up that angle some in the first episode.

That seems likely. They are going right into the holiday shopping season with this. And if the rumors are true it's a shorter series, they may try to time it to two massive releases. With a lighter 3rd quarter on Zi-O as it begins a new product cycle too. Going into the hype for this as the 20th and precursor to the 50th etc. Was kind of expecting heavier toy amounts anyway.

Really curious how the armor series is going to work for the figures though.

Getting a kind of feeling it might be a mix of OOO's head swap style with a front part that connects to the torso to lock it in place. Kind of like ghost in a way. But more focused on the head and front with shoulder armor. Like a fold over flap. So to swap, you lift the head and then hit the release button, or it attaches another way to the front to swap them. Not sure. But really curious how they're going to integrate the armor change into the figure line this go around. Hopefully the shoulders are some kind of side attachment and not part of the main torso/head piece so they can be optional on the toys by preference.
