"Reversible" is less likely than it's just got unique parts for both Zi-O and Gates. Probably much like the Gamers and Level 1 forms in the Ex-Aid retail lines, these will only look good from the front. (I would love to be wrong about that.)

In certain shots of the suits and Ganbarizing models you can see that the armor that the Legend Rider parts are mounted on is always half-black and half-white - white on the front for Zi-O and black on the front for Gates. So I'm sure the toys work mostly by flipping around.

I guess I'm okay with them having chest parts on their backs, but I really, really hope there's a way around it for the helmets. It would suck so bad if all the Armor forms have the other Rider's face on the backs of their heads just because Bandai would rather have streamlined gimmicks than ones that make sense. Even so the way the toys work looks like they'll have the other Rider's watch wristband designs on their backs. Already, just the "half black, half white" thing could screw with the look of some designs.

When we first saw the Ganbarizing leaks with Gates and the Legend forms I was afraid we'd have another Ghost situation where the designs and functionality of the gimmicks would have design cues assigned to certain Riders for no explained reason except Bandai said so - I was pleasantly surprised to see that they keep their personal Ridewatches in the belt while using the Legend ones as opposed to just swapping out and arbitrarily keeping design cues from their base form. So it would be really dumb if they still arbitrarily had parts from the other Rider on them just because of the gimmick figure line that Bandai doesn't even seem to care about that much in the first place.
