[Fish Sandwich]

You know, every single time this show has done a two-part episode, the first part is one of my favorite episodes just by itself.



That's totally crazy to me because I find the vast majority of multi-parters in any show always feel kind of padded somewhere, and at worst, entire parts are just *meh*, but with this show there's always so much going on. It feels totally justified. Instead of just stretching out one episode into two, they still find the time to more or less do a normal standalone plot with a proper beginning, middle, end, and solid character development. And in this particular instance, we also get to see Kairi hanging out at a sleazy club for a bit. That part was really fun.

I don't know, I'm probably gushing too much to be very insightful but I seriously adore LuPat. Week after week, it's the most legitimately fresh and interesting Sentai has been in ages and at this rate it'll easily be in my top 3 when it's over. I think the whole reason I haven't been popping in the episode threads as much lately is honestly because I love it so much it's starting to defy words.
