Rider Kick's Figures is the name of the figure line that's launching along with Zi-O. There are two series within RKF, the Rider Armor series, which is actually about Zi-O and its Riders and Forms, and this, the Legend Rider Series, which is just past Riders.

I think calling it a first "wave" is kinda mistaken, though, since the LR figures' releases are pretty staggered. Most of the first figures actually released for RKF will actually be for Zi-O in the RA line. These are just the first revealed because they're safe from spoilers.
