Huh, interesting. Gates is a leather wrist watch band. He has the clip type on his back. Zi-O is a metal band click type. I was assuming they were the same strap types, but different colored metals. But that back clip spot on Gates is unmistakable as a different watch band type entirely. Like a leather band one, or sports band one that uses that metal belt buckle/clip strap style as opposed to Zi-O's clasp style like on Zi-O's bike.


Should probably bring this up if it hasn't been realized or mentioned yet.

It's a triple celebration.

Zi-O is the 20th heisei rider. Also the end of the era, but it's also the 29th in the count. So the one after it is the first of the new era, 21 of the middle era, and the 30th series. Like how Decade celebrated 10th heisei but W celebrated 20th series overall.

So like OOO, 3 coins and a birthday cake, there's 3 birthday cakes in these two series. (Technically 4, sort of 5, but we'll get to that in October.)

Unless Amazons is figured into that count, in which case Zi-O counts as 20th and 30th. But they didn't count "The First" and "Next" so Amazons may not count in that regard since it's Amazon exclusive and adult oriented.

Doubt they'd use Kanji for one. But they could that too depending on how it's being used. Though Kanji doesn't cover quite as much as Romaji, katakana, and hiragana does/can.
