Some people don't like TVN because TVN didn't translate 100% and leave some words remain in japanese like -san, Oniisan, etc while Over Time translate them and sometimes they use english slangs to translate some sentences. I personally like TVN because their translation is almost accurate compared to Over Time. Though sometimes Over Time is easy to understand.
