I can't say with any certainty, though! The earlier Teaser of the Ninninger Movie Villain could be legitimate, intentional misdirection, or an idea that was planned for and intended but failed to materialize for some such reason(s)!

You can see a brainwashed Mick in the trailer. That's probably your evil red ranger.
