Kind of varies depending on what the story calls for. No show actively sets out to off characters, and it's more on how the story weaves itself overtime for what seems like certain areas call for to create dramatic tension and emotional crescendos or make audiences react.

I will hate if they used the zio promo or extended/eddited movie version of be the one post credit scene as the ending for build. It'll be f decade again. I have more expectation for build sicne I'm more invested each week and I have watched almost every rider series week by week in the last decade except for a few like ghost. Kabuto and Faiz are pretty bad now that I compare it to all the rider series I have seen, but I marathon them without expectation plus i have a special place for them because of their suits and characters. Ryuki reset by combining worlds and resurrecting fallen comrades without memories seems plausible. It's like the butterfly effect in a new way.
