I have started to notice K-drama fans are starting to watch non-romantic K-dramas too. Like Stranger, probably because of Bae Doona. Also Wanted is another K-drama that is popular with K-drama fans. So that means K-drama is becoming more diversify other then romance.

So that means there's something preventing K-drama fans from watching K-toku like Legend Hero, I don't know what.
