ISSA is signed to Avex Trax, the label Rider uses for music, TM Revolution isn't. I'm guessing this was going to be a "it's an anniversary so we'll cross party lines to get someone really big" deal but when ISSA turned out to be really popular again, this seemed like the easier route.

Rightfully so. Good for Avex to have ISSA participate on the song while his resurgence hype is still fresh in people's memories. Honestly I was kinda sad learning that they were not doing well like they used to ever since the original members left one-by-one until he was the only one left with new recruits who mainly do dancing and leave the vocals to him. Hats off to ISSA for pulling through whatever hard times he must have had making sure the band does not fall apart.
Plus, they do the MC Hammer dance as part of the dance choreo last time I checked. You can't go wrong with the MC Hammer dance.
