I doubt any of the main Riders will fail to get a form appearance, they all have designs made, seen in the scans. Hopefully none of them will just be brief cameos in specials, though. All the Best Matches had designs for Build in the catalogue too yet not only did some forms not appear in the show, a ScorpionGold set outright got cancelled
