Despite the Ninja-theme of Jiraiya, Skyfire is a straight-up lawman...who watches cooking shows.

Despite the notion of taking the Monster to "Space Jail", that doesn't happen regardless of Skyfire's repetitive declarations!

Oh, and Victor and Monty are briefly deputized...for reasons! They do what you expect with that power, and then prompt an almost random Willy Wonka joke at the end!

I like the idea of using Jiraiya, but this definitely needs some work!
