Yeah, it will definitely happen in Heisei Forever. As for in the show, maybe we'll have to wait until Decade and Den-O show up since neither of them should be affected by Time Jacker's Another Rider. Den-O is a Singular Point, Decade comes from a different world and unlike Build, he never merged with the main rider timeline
