Price point gives it away, it is one. But the lack of accessories is even creeping in the high-end line as of late; Amazon was a very barebones release and even lacked key accessories of the character.

Kiva at least has everything the base form needs in terms of features, but the days of fitting yet fun accessories are over altogether it seems like.

That being said, this figure is still beyond what anyone could want from a Kiva figure, it looks amazing.
