The show mechanic and rules are so loose and sometimes contradict each other. It's a bad mesh or rehash between gokaiger and decade with a lot of retcon even the net movieish .5 side episode poke fun of the scripts bts. So far 7 ride watches down, 1 next week, at least 2 in the movies, which leaves 9. There are rumors about decade and ghost returning, so it'll be 11. I think we'll see maybe another 2-3 tributes and the rest will be obtain via offscreen of other means. Time skip idk

Maybe it's for Geiz and they mess up. Idk. Maybe some are stronger than the others for some reason like the 15 eyecons. Soon after the movie war and Christmas mid season upgrade, we will be moving away from the ride watches In the next quarter. Gwah, I wish the old future riders from shows and movies are canon.
