I'm just going to point the the well of previously released Kaijin figures (ie nothing since Drive) to show you how wrong you are. Kaijin aren't made to sell toys, especialy figures, they're made to give the Riders someone to beat on, especially in recent years when all major villains turn out to be Riders, and the kaijin get faded out. Ghost, of all things, is the last Rider series in the last 5 years where the final villain wasn't a Rider.

Can I see a release for a couple, maybe as Figuarts Zeros? Possibly. But to say they'll "probably" get released because a design team worked on them is bogus. The Roidumudes had fantastic designs, yet only Heart ever saw a figure. Same scenario here, probably.
