Putotyra is more a feral extra final.
But as OOO's and how it ties to Ankh, Tajador is the more direct final, with Putotyra as a fun add-on that was to help balance that(fun fact, was also a late addition in the design stage!). They are both "final forms" though tbh. Which is why we see Tajador with the Time Majin, and likely Putotyra later with a ride watch. In themes and story emphasis of OOOs, Putotyra vs Tajador is a sub-theme metaphor of Final form power vs final form power. Zi-O itself seems to highlight this by giving them both emphasis. The freedom to soar from Tajador through the ride gadget watch, and the enhanced form to break(power to tearer) through an extra ride armor as suggested above with potentially showing up later.

To ignore that is to completely miss the point of what OOOs itself was about, and the connotations of Ankh and many other sub themes to it. I'm rather astounded anyone wouldn't realize that. It'd take a complete imbecile to overlook that detail and not see it. It's there plain as day with their weapons and how those work too for that series. Where the two final forms work in opposing methods, creating a yin and yang balance to what they represent in effect to further highlight the poignancy of their story usage and the trade off involved in that essence for story effect(including film technique emphasis to the final form vs final form battle in what makes the difference, showing the man underneath with having something to fight for and how that tips the scales in two equal but opposing powers).

Outside of the main form's sword, those two forms were the only ones with enhanced side gear that was form specific(not counting movie exclusive stuff!). Were you even paying attention while watching it? Or did you not realize this through the push of their powers either of Fire and Ice as natural opposites? I would have thought that entirely obvious personally. Glaringly so. A phoenix and an iceberg. A creature of great mythic rebirth(that literally peacocks!), and creatures of extinction. That's, wow. How could you not see that. Are you trolling? You must be trolling. A really bad attempt at it. Baffling at that.

There are final form watches coming out, which includes Putotyra. Again, was assuming they'd just be toys but anyone's guess at this point.

It is extra important though, because it does highlight that other forms/final forms are possible in the gear. Setting the tone for what you pointed out here with the toy pics.

Is anyone's guess, but I'd likely bet they will get used in show. As I said, being used in show sells more toys of it. While we do love the stories and the shows themselves, the main goal of a show is to sell toys to make money. That's literally the business model. Has been the business model for over a decade(dating all the way back to Faiz itself). That's not even a point worth debating. It was literally the point of the .5 episode itself about that. xD

It's rather rare that something is "toy only" and Zi-O is likely the first to have more than a rarity one. Even in past years, an item was used at least once in show or in side media to highlight it and give it better sales oomph(Faiz being a very prominent example of this with the Jet Bike). So it's very safe to assume anything you see in toy, may make it in show at some point. Granted some of it is also being tested as game merchandise to sell too. Easy to assume we'll see it in show, but don't be disappointed if we don't. It's very rare that there are "toy only" things in Sentai and Rider series though. Not saying it doesn't happen, but the frequency of that is extremely low, which is why Zi-O is something relatively new in that regard.

The fact we see Tajador in Ride Majin form though does greatly increase the odds of seeing Putotyra in Ride Watch form in show later. Parallels with markings like that in story builds you'd usually use one in one way so you can use the other a different way. And OOOs is one of those that does have technically two final forms to allow for that. Going off that obvious parallel style to use both pieces of material, it's easy to surmise that other final forms will likely show up too then. How many or which besides putotyra is anyone's guess.

Not trying to be mean. I think you're a smart person. But damn man, that actively made me face palm. You of all people I thought would make the connection faster. You're one of the smart people here to the point I wouldn't be surprised if Toei someday works in a gentle nod to you as a fan of their work. xD
