Decade is a really interesting component to be added like this.

Due to how his belt's powers work, he can use other rider powers to defeat Another Riders in theory. So his working with Time Jackers kind of makes sense. If they succeed in replacing Oma, he can defeat whatever they replace him with and take that throne himself. So in a way, it feels like this is his "anti-Oma" plan and is using the Time Jackers for that goal. Am curious if we'll still see an "Another Decade" or "another Diend", but they were technically some of the first ones to ever have forms like that already because of their multiverse traveling. So in their instance, they may be their own "another riders" already too. Makes me curious if we'll see a return of those Kaijin suits later. Also makes sense how they aren't affected by Another Riders too because of the multiversal element and how they would be technically 'outside of the timeline' of Zi-O.

Really curious to see how this story plays out, and the implications it could have for the future of the show and later material. Don't think he's going to become a regular on the show and will be more towards sparse cameos throughout due to schedule, but even so, having his presence felt in whatever story ways they take it could create some interesting narratives now that time itself has gotten even more complex and the "looped path" seems to be formally broken. Though the looped path may still be in play too, but still interesting how now we know that Woz has blindspots.

As for Kuuga. Knew it was going to be something big. Didn't know it was going to be something literally big. xD

How is Decade fighting Zi-O Decade Armor then?

Will have to watch the show to find out, but I'm guessing it has to do with the fact that unlike other riders that are part of this timeline, he's a multiverse rider, so technically not fully of this timeline, therefore not impacted by it directly. Zi-O is BTTF and Doctor Who, Decade is Sliders/Rick and Morty. A slider isn't effected by timeline changes to a parallel world, only to timeline changes of their own world. Since his powers are sourced at earth zero, not Sougo's earth, they can't be impacted by Ride Watch's or time jackers. But on that same concept, as the "dimensional king belt" earth zero created his powers to rule all dimensions and Oma is a thorn in that plan.

But we'll have to watch the show and see how it plays out to find out for sure what it is.
