Last night I went through all the cards to see what barcodes they've re-used from the original CSM Driver for the new cards. I was able to confirm that Double - Drive use the barcodes right from the CSM, so you'll be able to insert those cards into the CSM and they'll work. For the others I went through all existing cards and tried to find what barcodes they were using.

Kamen Ride Ex-Aid is Kamen Rider Agito Shining.
Kamen Ride Zi-O is Kamen Ride Ryuki Survive.

Final Attack Ride Double is Kamen Ride Kiva Emperor.
Final Attack Ride OOO is Kamen Ride Kuuga Rising Ultimate.
Final Attack Ride Wizard is Kamen Ride Den-O Chou Climax.
Final Attack Ride Gaim is Kamen Ride Skull.
Final Attack Ride Drive is Kamen Ride Nigou.
Final Attack Ride Build is Kamen Ride Diend.
Final Attack Ride Zi-O is the special Kamen Ride Diend from the Shinkenger episodes, when the Ayakashi uses it.

Kamen Ride Ghost and Build, and Final Attack Ride Fourze, Ghost and Ex-Aid remain unaccounted for. I'm no expert, so they could be 5 barcodes that were left over spare and previously unused. Or they could be 5 obscure cards I didn't know of. I went through all the cards from the CSM Decade Driver, Rider Card set, Diend Driver and the pre-order bonus.
