If the timeline is change, then I can see they might do away all the heisei legend ride watches and tributes in favor of zio own story + the future he's trying to shape for himself. Honestly, all these characters from the future might as well be singularity point since they're immune to time reversal and changes.

I don't see the point in calling back earlier riders since the target demographic only will remember neo heisei and possible deno as well as kuuga from decade.
