Hmm..if they make Kiva Tribute Episode, maybe Kouhei Takeda will be reprise as Otoya Kurenai as guest cast.

Since Otoya is likely to return I wonder if Kiva arc has the Time Jackers messing up time but instead of travelling to 2008 it's 1986 instead and Otoya is still alive in the present day, wearing terrible old makeups lol.
